Green Machine Smoothie Bowl | Protein + Healthy Fats + Vitamins + Minerals

Base Ingredients

  • 1 C (pre-steamed) frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 C frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 a frozen avocado (or 1/2 C yogurt, but avo helps make the texture creamy if you are looking for a dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (Lily used @organifi)
  • Couple handfuls frozen kale
  • Almond milk to blend
  • Optional: @herbalgoodnessco bamboo extract for hair skin & nail support 
Topping Ingredients
  • Frosty berries
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Your favorite Keto Krisp bar
